Choose the journal for the book your church is preaching through, then use the flexible lined pages for each sermon. Each journal includes an index designed for that particular Bible book. It may be a chapter index, a sermon index, or both, making your notes easy to find again. Over time, you’ll build an organized record of faithful preaching, one Bible book at a time.
-
No. You can begin wherever your church is in its current study, even if it isn’t chapter 1. Continue using that journal for the remainder of the book. When your church begins preaching through another book of the Bible, begin a new journal. Over time, your collection will grow one book at a time.
-
Absolutely. The Sermon Shelf journals were designed for verse-by-verse sermon notes, but they also work beautifully for Bible studies that focus on one book of the Bible. They can be used for women’s or men’s studies, small groups, or personal study. Keeping notes from each book together makes them easy to revisit for years to come.

Choose the size that best fits how you take notes.
The 6 × 9-inch journal is compact and easy to carry, with plenty of room for most note-takers.
The 7 × 10-inch journal provides a larger writing surface for detailed notes, outlines, and observations.
Both sizes feature cream-colored pages and the same thoughtful interior layout.
-
The 6 × 9-inch journals are available in both paperback and hardcover. The larger 7 × 10-inch journals are available in hardcover only.
Paperback is lighter and more economical, while hardcover offers added durability and a more substantial feel.

A regular notebook often mixes sermon notes from many different books of the Bible. Each Sermon Shelf journal is devoted to one Bible book, keeping every sermon from that book together in one place. It also includes an index suited to that particular book, making it easy to find notes from a chapter or sermon years later.
